what's new
What's new at Wan Ling Tea House Europe and our plans for the future.
Autumn 2008
The year is flying by and Autumn is most certainly here. New season Tie Guan Yin has arrived and may be just what you need to make for the clocks changing. This season we have extended our range to include some very high quality examples of An Xi's favourite but also we have also added a new grade at the lower end of the scale with our 'Wan Ling Guan Yin' or Bai Mu Guan Yin. Please take a moment to check them out.
Also new online is our range of tea cups and tea bowls. We have our first selection of Yi Xing Zi Sha tea pots as well, and we hope to extend this before Xmas. If anyone has any special requests, please let us know as Wan Ling will be travelling back from Shanghai with lots of goodies.
Tea wise you will also find our new Sheng Pu Er (Green or Raw/Rare Pu Er) page for those wishing to broaden their horizons further. The new Spring/Summer Darjeelings are up and calling out for good homes. We have some Organic Earl Greys made with real Bergamont, rather than Bergamont oil.
Looking forwards to Christmas, (we know, far to early to thinking about it) we'll be adding a selection of Tea Trays or Cha Pan to the site for those wishing to ensure the most elegant of tea ceremonies.
For those lucky enough to be travelling to China and in particular Shanghai, Wan Ling is very excited about her new shop. If you have time please pop in for a chat and a cuppa. For a map and contact details please visit Wan Ling Tea House International.
We hope this latest update is of interest and inspires you to look beyond the tea bag. Any questions or you'd like some advice or some tips please contact us .
All the best from the Wan Ling Tea House Tea Team.
